In the wake of the shooting that took place last week at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut, Norton Bonaparte shared with his employees the link to a video called “RUN. HIDE. FIGHT. Surviving an Active Shooter Event”. The video is about six (6) minutes long and was produced as a means to assist employees to prepare for when someone with a gun comes into an office building and starts shooting. It is designed to help you immediately begin thinking about your options, identify alternatives, and take action. Knowing what to do can mean the difference between survival or death.
