Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, financial management, accounting or a related field and one year progressively responsible professional experience in budgeting, finance, accounting, or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Applicants within six months of meeting the minimum education/experience requirement may be considered for trainee status.
