Our Philosophy Statement
The FCCMA Coaching program is designed to provide convenient, sustainable, and flexible high quality coaching opportunities for the following target audience:
- Those entering the profession from college/graduate school.
- Those entering the profession from another profession.
- Those moving up in the profession.
The program will also engage veteran managers as coaches which will:
- Engage veteran managers in helping to grow the profession.
- Provide networking connections among managers in Florida.
