The City of Clearwater was presented with their 100-year recognition as a Council-Manager form of government by FCCMA representative, Kimberly Nicholls on May 18, 2023 at their City Commission meeting. City Leaders were so excited and overwhelmed to receive the award, it was tough to get pictures of everyone looking at the camera.
