Program Summary
True Colors is described as a communication model that is deeply rooted in personality typing and temperament - It's not an intelligence test! Participants will explore how they are wired, how they engage with others, what drives them and what frustrates them. The goal is to have fun and make this session accessible to everyone! Ultimately, recognizing and understanding our differences promotes greater acceptance and improved relationships. All participants will receive take-away materials to help with further study and practical application of lessons learned. We all adapt and change over time. This approach to assessing personality and communications is very simple and easy compared to other programs. Attendees are welcomed from all levels of governments.
