Florida Benchmarking Consortium

The Florida Benchmarking Consortium’s Annual Spring Conference will be held April 25-26, 2013 at the City of Winter Park Community Center. The theme for this year’s conference is “Engaging Internal and External Customers Through Metrics.” This conference will take a look at creating buy-in for internal customer and soliciting advocates for your programs and services through confidence in metrics. There will be a number of outstanding speakers this year. The opening keynote speaker will be David Ammons, from the University of North Carolina and author of Municipal Benchmarks.

The theme for the Pre-Conference Workshop on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 is “Looking at Best Practices in Internal Service Areas and the Impact on the Organizations Function.” This session will be held at the Winter Park Civic Center. This half-day workshop is designed to be an interactive session.
