Dick Fellows passed away on May 14, 2015. He worked as Town Manager in Orange Park from June, 23, 1975 to June 25, 1980. Prior to that, he worked as the City Manager in Green Cove Springs from August 1970 to June 1975. He also served as the City Manager of Atlantic Beach. He was 88 years old.
