Scott Miller retired from city management effective December 18, 2015 after 42 years (almost 40 as a City Manager with various cities with the last 8 years as City Manager, City of Leavenworth, Kansas). He served four cities in Florida during his career; the Cities of Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Boynton Beach and New Port Richey.
