On April 10, 2018, FCCMA member Sharon Ragoonan presented a certificate to the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Commission and Town Manager Ralph “Bud” Bentley, who is a recipient of the FCCMA Lifesaver Award. The Lifesaver Award will be announced at this year’s Annual Conference in Orlando. The certificate recognized the city for its 30th anniversary of operation under the commission-manager form of government.
