Attached are two recent Middle District Court Orders dismissing the Plaintiff’s ADA based Complaint:
- Price v. Ocala ( lack of standing as there is no threat of immediate future injury) Attachment
- Price v. Longboat Key ( lack of standing as there is no injury-in-fact, and because of Defendant’s accommodation, providing information on a flash drive, Plaintiff failed to state a claim) Attachment
Both cases were dismissed without prejudice.
