Former Port St. Lucie City Manager Don Cooper passed away on Monday, October 14th at 69. He served on FCCMA’s Board of Directors as a District Director from 1998-2000.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters Kimberly and Ginny; and several grandchildren. A Celebration of Life was held on Thursday, October 17th at the Emerald Ballroom at the Civic Center in Port St. Lucie.
