Greetings FCCMA Members:
As your new President I would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness, especially our Board of Directors whose unwavering support meant the world to me!!
It was such a pleasure to see and meet so many new colleagues at our 2022 Annual Conference in Orlando. I hope each of you enjoyed the sessions and keynote speakers as much as I did. The conference was very well attended with over 300 attendees.
When you have a minute thank our amazing FCCMA staff for the tremendous work they did, along with the Conference Planning Committee, who organized relevant and informative sessions from which I’m certain there were many takeaways to bring back home. For those who could not attend this year, please mark your calendar for the 2023 Conference which will be held in Orlando at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, May 31- June 3, 2023.
As all of our committees begin their program planning for 2023, we hope you will be able to attend our upcoming webinars, including our Free FCCMA Coaching Webinar on Voluntary ICMA Credentialing – Why It’s Important and How To Get It! Registration information for all upcoming events can be found in the Events & Training of this newsletter.
Also, I hope that if you plan to attend the ICMA Annual Conference, you will be able to join us for our Florida Dinner. Registration details will be coming out in July. The conference will be held in Columbus, Ohio from September 17-21, 2023.
Lastly, be sure to check out our newly released episodes of the FCCMA Podcasts which are included in the podcast section of this newsletter.
