Lester Bernard Baird, Sr. age 78, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away at his home on February 7, 2023 surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Lester has been a FCCMA member since 1985. During his career, he served as manager in Eureka, MO and several cities in Florida including Ocean Ridge, Belle Glade, South Bay and Hendry Count. He retired in 2014 as the General Manager for the Barron Water Control District/Port LaBelle Community Development District.
Visitation was held February 17, 2023 at Akin-Davis Funeral Home in LaBelle, FL and he will be laid to rest in St. Matthew Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
