On June 5, 2018, FCCMA Member Danielle Judd, City Manager, City of Green Cove Springs, presented a certificate to the St. Johns County Commission and County Manager Michael Wanchick. The certificate recognized the county for its 25th anniversary of operation under the commission-manager form of government.
