Advance Registration Procedure
All participants are encouraged to register in advance to avoid any delays at the conference registration desk. Please register online or fill out and return the conference registration form with check payment to FCCMA Annual Conference, P.O. Box 1757, Tallahassee, FL 32302. No registrations will be processed without payment in full.
Deadline
Registration forms must be received no later than May 20, 2024. If you are unable to meet this registration deadline, please register onsite at the conference.
Refunds
In the event prepaid registrants find it impossible to attend the conference, an email sent to mhowe@flcities.com or faxed to 850.222.3806 and received by May 13, 2024, will authorize a refund. All refunds will be processed after the conference. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all canceled registrations. Prepaid registrations not canceled by this date will be included in the advance registration count required by the hotel and are not eligible for a refund.
Registration Fees
Registration fees must accompany all advance registration forms. To qualify for the early registration rate, advance registrations must be received by the May 10, 2024 deadline; registrations received after that time will be considered “onsite” and subject to the higher rate. Remember that you will not receive housing information to make reservations at the Hilton until we receive your PAID registration.
Registration fees cover admission to all events and refreshment breaks, except those events for which additional and/or preregistration is required. Thursday or Friday ONLY registrations include all regular events for that day only. See the schedule of events and registration form for details.
Student Registration
A limited number of complimentary student registrations are available for the 2024 conference. In order to reserve one of these spots, please download the “check” registration form at the top of this page and email it to mhowe@flcities.com. Once the complimentary spots are filled, student registration will be $85.
Name badges or tickets are required for entrance into any activity or to enjoy the refreshment breaks.
